Very bad service. They don’t take all the coupons you receive in the mail. They won’t arrange anything for you. The manager is rude as hell, pointing at you and then when you ask your coupon back he just throws it. Employees seemed railroaded by the manager present . Poor youngster, I wouldn’t work for him. You get better service at Rona haha!!
Worst KFC Ever. Missing many items and bread was rock hard. They always mess up your order
Have you ever believed that everyone deserve a second chance? Well, so did I. Placed an order for delivery last Sunday at 2pm with ETA 3pm. Waited until 3:30 before calling in and asking for my order. They had the order and said that delivery person would come in at 4 and then they'd start delivering. Since it was close to 4 I decided to wait. Came 5PM my food was still not delivered. Called in again and after 10 minutes someone picked up the phone and said that my order was supposed to be delivered at 6 (????) but they could send it "now". Food came in, cold, beverages were room temperature. At least the order was ok, unlike the first time I ordered over there which was completely wrong.So yeah, if you, like me, believe in second chances, this place isn't one you should give one.
I give it one star only because im obssessed with fried chicken. They'res is horrible though. The prices are insane and they frequently make it so you get less for what you pay for. Theyre are also incredibly rude and mean. Dont come here

Probably the worst KFC I have ever gone to. No ice for drinks. Drinks were warm. The kids said it doesn't taste right. You expect that Kentucky taste.. also my kid ordered a poutine and after we got the food the girl at the cash said "sorry, we have no forks or spoons" so I said how are they supposed to eat it? Reply? With their hands.. pretty bad when a place has no forks and tell you to eat with your hands. So yeah this one is my number one worst KFC. The second one is the one in dorion. They give you chicken the size of chicken nuggets and sometimes it tastes burnt.. pretty sad KFC. I used to love you now Popeyes has you beat 10 fold
Worst service. Staff was playing around in the back and the cashier was laying done at one of the tables?♂️. Waited 5 min before she got up and then go to the kitchen to chat with the rest of her colleagues . Still it took another couple of minutes till she came to serve me .Not even good.? Poor service. The place looks like it's falling apart from the outside. The outside signage is all burnt by the sun. This franchise seriously needs a revamp internally and externally.
okay so honestly this restaurant in particular was really bad... first impressions is that the tables were not cleaned. then after i went ahead and got my soda, turns out there was no ice in the machine and the soda had no fizz, which probably means that the sodas are more than a day old. next i finally had my meal and well the chicken was definitely undercooked. it wasnt bleeding, but it made me sick and nauseous after eating. would not recommend this to anyone.
