I love the concept that the pasta is cooked right on the spot in front you. First you choose your vegetables and protein then your pasta and sauce. They sauté your vegetables with protein with options of garlic and red spices. Then add your sauce and then cooked pasta. We ordered mushrooms, onions, zucchini green peppers and chicken, mixed with rosé sauce and then tortellini stuffed with cheese. Our chosen combination were perfectly delicious. The sauce was slightly watery instead of being creamy. The staff seemed overwhelmed; we had repeat our orders few times, and during cooking she made us repeat the ingredients again and again. The restaurant is a like a small diner/ slash food court style. Overall, it was an amazing experience.
