Can never read instructions on my order. You would think no cheese is no complicated. You would think with chicken nuggets you put the sauce…. But no it’s to complicated.
Slowest online order ever 30 min to 1h ... not to mention that my eggs where way undercook.

Don't dare talk to an employee who hasn't punched their time card. They'll rudely cut you off mid-sentence to tell you that they're not working even if they're behind the counter in uniform.I think their manager should explain to them that REGARDLESS of their time card, they should smile and be helpful to customers because they represent the company when they're on the premises and in uniform.I only wanted to ask a question about the self serve computer. Sheesh...
I come here quite often as I work nearby.Its a gamble to get fresh food or coffee. Staff is questionable. Rarely are you gonna get fast and efficient employees during rushes. On the other hand, they can be very slow and wait times are long.Last experience: There was major confusion and the order I placed wasn't even in their systems. Very disappointing.
Not a bad spot, but since they are close to the highway 640, drive-thru can be crowded. If you have preferences, repeat them 3 times, or they will forget it by the time you get to the window
Usually was okay, last time i came, it says open 24hrs, cars are still in the drive thru, i arrive in the drive thru, someone at the mic tells me i have to go to the 1st mic not the 2nd…don’t know why but okay i go, i wait for 15 minutes only to be told its closed…it was 10:15!!!If it was closed why tell me to go to the other mic??Usually okay in the day, night staff is horrendous
Classic milkshake machine story, but the customer service is nice at least.Parking lot has some damage done to it.Habanero mcmuffin is quite good. I recommend that if you like spicy food.
Never recommend this placeSpecially night staff people they don’t know how to deal with customers
I waited over 15 minutes for my order to be completed, and mine was the first in order. Furthermore, only 1 happy meal came with a toy. When you have 2 kids, this causes jealousy. If you do come here, use the drive thru. They seem to rush those orders while they ifnore the counter.
