I don’t know what happened but I got my quarter pounder without meat… I ordered a peach smoothie they were gonna give me a pink drink, I could see it right away, but the meat… it’s very frustrating as you think I’ll check everything is here but then, you don’t check that there’s meet in your hamburger ??♀️
Bad service always missing items ordered 4 big mags received only 2 and the funny thing is they send me 4 drinks 4 fries and only 2 burgers
I took my daughter and 3 year old granddaughter to MickyD's for lunch inside the restaurant for the first time in a long time, the food was as good as ever and my granddaughter loved her happy meal and toy.
I don't know what happened that day, but the service was super fast. Obviously, I ordered through the machine. Only downside is ketchup and napkins are not readily available, you have to ask to the cashier.
Blessed to have a McDonald's for my late night cravings that gives my orders on time and fresh unlike the one at Ste-Rose and Rosemère lol
Had to wait 45 mins to get my receipt after asking 4 employees at 4 different times if they had forgotten me. First employee at drive through counter said he couldn't give me one it was to late , after insisting to get my receipt asked me to wait in the car at spot 2 and it would be brought to me, waited 15 minutes and no one came, then saw another employee outside and asked told her I had been forgotten and asked to see what was going on, waited 10 minutesAnd she never returned, saw another employee out side asked the same, waited 10 minutes and nothing again, tired of waiting went inside and asked for my receipt and explained that I was still waiting so they told me to wait and they would see made me wait another 10 minutes before I finally got my receipt. I stayed calm and very patient through all of this, but they wasted 45 minutes of my time and I found this very disrespectful. I doubt I will every return to this McDonald's. Wish this on no other person.
