I always got great service but tonight service was delayed and we had a rude person take our call. We simply called to follow up on our order which is usually fast, only to be told we shouldnt expect fast service from them and if were not happy we can come pick it up next time. This was unprofessional, lack of etiquette, and not the response to give to long time clients. I hope their manager reviews this and makes adjustment how to speak to clients on the phone.

Terrible customer service. Went once never go back. If you hire illiterates what do you expect bad customer service.Just keep it up and the location will be sold or closed.
Very fast service, i got my food in under 10 minutes and it was hot and fresh. One thing to mention is that the sauce cups are a little cheap so some of the sauce dripped out of mine.
