It was long to get serve even if they were 7 staff members behind the counter, the muffins were good.
I don't generally complain, but after waiting ten minutes for a bagel and a donut, only to end up with this, I'm not exactly happy. I guess this is what I get for not asking for extra cream cheese. Shouldn't have even bothered this morning.

If you are using your loyalty card at the drive through, make sure you are NOT charged when the coffee should be free. Twice the attendant has asked for money now when I know the coffee was free because I make a point of asking the visits each time on the card. Only after I called out the attendant on it did I not have to pay. How many other customers have been duped into paying when they did not have to? Where is that money going? Tip jar????? Just newly renovated place, is that the new policy to pay for the renovations?
