One of my favourite fast-food restaurant in Sherbrooke by far. Great place to eat, delivery often varies depending on when you order. Usually when I order during the week when it’s not as busy the food is here in less than 15 minutes, however Thursdays and Fridays it takes a little longer. Anyways, overall I love the place, the employees are very nice and make wonderful food.
Unlike most other places which add caveats when u arrive with discount coupons, its very straightforward here ?
Good food but the people taking orders clearly don't know what they're doing ?It's hit or miss. Sometimes good service others not so much.It's obvious the owners don't know how to respond to customer reviews lol. I do delivery services around Sherbrooke and this place needs management to step their game up! The employees are sweet but are clearly not trained properly. I'm here almost every day and never see management. New employees working by themselves on a busy Sunday. The place is a disaster . They clearly need more employees and more direction. I feel bad for them .. I hope management sees this

Only take 45 minutes to get your food not only in rush hour,im talking everytime,the always seem lost and not sure what they're supposed to be even doing
Ordered food last weekend. I had the pad Thai and my husband had general Thai ko. Mine tasted and smelled like burnt plastic. Called and spoke to the manager who was super nice and said the delivery guy must of shaken the order too much on his drive over.???.. She would replace my meal free of charge. It never arrived. Oh one last thing. Ordered apple juice with my order, got orange juice ??
