Incredible place in all aspects that matter: beer, food and atmosphere. Although I just thought that the music didn't call my attention (and I am music nerd). So probably the music experience could improve ;)
Love having lunch at Siboire. Excellent variety if their beers on tap. Excellent light lunch menus. We enjoyed pizza Margherita and a Caesar salad. Convivial service. Always consistent food. It’s worth a visit.

The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The beer selection was great. I like how you can see into the "factory" side. My gnocchi poutine was really good :)
Shared the Tufu popcorn and and fried cheese. Was great. Together we sampled the 12 different beers?. Passed a great afternoon!
