It was so pleasant experience with Ms. Mehar at pizza hut for her outstanding service and help and support in ordering the food, despite being a non-French speaking person. Thank you so much.
Was expecting better than this. It has to have better customer service to get at Pizza Hut level.
Bad delivery experience, took 1h30 to receive the pizza, the crust was hard and I received the wrong sauce for my wings...Disapointed.

Was not fun to order. Had to tell at them so they here me. It's getting to the point where nobody can here anymore with the plexiglass and mask and more glass. Come on. Find a solution or something. It's really stupid and uncomfortable yelling in public to order food.
The prices always change, one time it cost me 9$ for a medium pepperoni pizza, one day 12$, the other day 14$ and the last time I called it was 19$. But the food is always good!
Worst service ever. + The pizzas are uncook. I would rate my experience a minus 5 if I could.
I LOVE Pizza Hut, but they don’t deliver to all of Sherbrooke. I’ve ordered online and was told I’d get it delivered and ultimately had to call after an hour to ask where my food was to which they replied they didn’t go to the outskirts of Sherbrooke (Lennoxville). If they were on Uber Eats or expanded their driving range, they’d be my number 1 choice.
Lorsque je suis arrivée, on ma demandé si javais déjà commandé ... je lui ai dit -non- vu que sur les quatre fois où javais tentée dappeler on ne mavais pas répondue ... à vrai dire la quatrième fois la dame a mit le combiné sur le comptoir et jai pu apprécié la façon dont elle répondait au client. Lorsque je lui en ai fait la remarque, elle ma répondue que si elle prenait le temps de répondre au téléphone elle ne pourrait pas me servir présentement! Pas étonnant que les gens aillent ailleurs!
