Wagyu Burger was DEFINITELY something I’d recommend 1st time goers

We went for dinner and we couldnt ask for anything more in terms of food and ambiance in the stormy snowy night. Poutine was the amazing that we found out and the 7th heaven drink is a must try here.

..visited on a Thurs night..very loud and busy. .. screwed up our order and had to wait for one of our guests to finally get their meal..didnt get any compensation for it either..is bit pricey here too for portion you get... the sangrias were all very weak as and not very tasty.. way too much ice!! Lol..PARKING is TERRIBLE and PLACE IS NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY..dont think we will be back..suggest you really be patient and give ur self lots of time if coming here and bring lots of money too!
Great food, great atmosphere, the burgers are highly recommended. The beef was fresh and tasty, not overloaded with toppings. The fish burger was out of this world good.

Left this resturant in tears due to the lack of education and deligence in staff. For context, I am a recovering alcoholic and your establishment served me alcohol after being reassured it was 0%. Prior to ordering I had asked the waiter to double check whether the wine that was used in the non alcoholic sangria was in fact 0% given that some have 0.5%. this might not seem like much for some people but the taste of alcohol and as little % as is it would completely overhaul my recovery and is very triggering. I drank a full glass after the staff reassured me it was 0% but it tasted like booze so we asked to see the bottle used and it was 0.5% right on it. This is like telling someone after asking to double check there is no nuts in a meal and then giving them nuts and an allergic reaction but 10000X worse. I don't think you understand the cost of this mistake. This is unacceptable and if I had drank the entire pitcher alot could have been at jeopardy and even now, I'm left feeling triggered and saddened and at risk. The manager did offer to pay for our meal which was kind but this sort of mistake is unreversible and no free meal would make up for the fact that you served me alcohol... Please educate your staff if your menu indicates no alcohol since it's not always the case ..or just take the two seconds to look if you are not sure and not carelessly assume.. Please take measures to ensure this doesn't happen again and be sensitive to the fact that mistakes like this could ruin someone's life. It is to be taken seriously. We ended up leaving the resturant and given it was 830 at night without food, I just spent the night in my hotel crying because there wasnt any places open that had room.

Nice place, good to reserve ahead of time to be sitted at tarrace. Slightly over price for regular food - not that of a exceptional food, not a fancy choice of menu either and top of that service was slow.I am posting pics of my food before I started before and after I couldn't eat. ??♀️This place might be good for drink and say you have been to Omg.. It might be for other food which I haven't tried...Do I want to come back? ? not sure.Wish I can award 2.5.. As I felt they are half way though.
