One of the highlights of my trip to Sherbrooke. While most places in the city struggled with vegetarian food (and never moved past burger/pizza for vegetarian options), this place has some amazing vegetarian food options! I opted for the three course meal and went for the chef's choice for all three of them. The preparations were really good and interesting. The dessert could've been better (the brownie felt a bit too dry) but overall, it was a good meal!

Nice place to get pub style (tavern style?) Food with drinks. Not too complicated or out of this world, but it tastes good.

I would say O Chevreuil is my favorite restaurant in Sherbrooke. Not only the foods are always delicious also the drinks are very nice. Anytime I go there I try different drinks. It's never let me down. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. I really like the concept of open kitchen ! I'm always happy to go there as their staffs are very friendly and helpful ?. I highly recommend O Chevreuil to everyone!
