The food excellent. The service is improving since the renovation. Fast drive-thru. Perfect note for our old favorite fastfood.
My drive-thru order at the King Ouest location (Sherbrooke) is wrong everytime. Not an exaggeration, every time..
Most disgusting food Ive ever had. Fries are raw, my burger is cold and dripping all over the place. Ill probably get sick from eating a couple bites off this. On christmas eve's. Thanks guys.Never again.
Went through the drive through, had a big list of things for 6 people and no mix-ups, very quickly served. Food was hot, burgers were well made (not just tossed around quickly) and the employees had a great smile.

I bought a big mac hamburger today. It didn't have any hamburger in. There were just sauce and cheese! I found out when I arrived home and was too late to came back!It was really disappointing!!!!!!!
2 things, they serve a weird ketchup, had to go twice to change it And there's a big problem when getting out of their driveway, there is a real issue with getting back on King street as there are plants that block your view of the oncoming traffic. Other than that good place, fast service.
Girl holding the drive thru lied to prevent complaint from customer and cover her behavior . Her lie was back up by the second drive thru worker despite being told that they could not here le in their microphone by their admin. Jean at 21:00 on 9/14/21. I had a witness to the whole conversation since my phone was on. Jean handed me my order but the BigMac could make you vomit… I have a picture. I hope he did not make it himself since I sent it to their headquarters. Beside backing up his staff and handing ne a questionable order, he was dismissive and full of disdain while telling me that I would be back because they offer good customer service and that it was my right to bring my complaint further. I told my kid not to eat the BigMac after one bite since it looked unsanitary.
Usually great, but sometimes a single order can be messed up soo bad, even tho you repeated it twice(once face to face), like today. ??♂️
Drive-through extremely efficient, staff is friendly and food is exactly what you'd expect from a McD. Thumbs up.
