Worst service ever.A&W is my favorite fast food but this restaurant is the worst of all.Slow service, rude response from the manager, cold food and no consideration. I complained nicely and nobody cared.Not happy with my experience at all.
Worst service. Placed our order in drive through- had to go into the restaurant to see if they forgot us and there is no one. Not a single person at the counter.
One of the first A&Ws in Sherbrooke and definitely a welcome addition. A&W does a great job at training their staff and thus, it's almost always a pleasure to visit one of their outlets. Whilst slightly out of the way, this particular A&W is always worth the trip. Excellent food and service year round.
It's A&W! Of course it's good stuff. This location is nice and right off the highway so off and back on and you've got a Teen Burger and some onion rings for the ride!
