The Phom phen soup is good but the Tonkinois soup is very bad, doesn't taste like a real Vietnamese soup at all. The service is very bad, their alway forgot something in the order or they just don't care,...they are not show they are happy to serve their customers. And they only take cash over there ... bad

Oh man their Phnom Penh \\u0026 the bone soup that comes along is just so good!! I have been eating this same dish for 3-4 years now and I still can't get enough of it. Their fried dough + Shumai is also higly recommended.
