The speed here is very bad - understaffed every single day
Unbelievably slow at any given time of day.U looks inside and they give no care...dead slow paceMorning is even worse. Its like they are trying to figure it out every morning
I visited this branch today to try their hot chocolate candy it's delicious but soOoO sweeeeet! Their blueberry muffins is insanely delicious and a MUST TRY!In a Sunday holidays week and weekends I'm wondering why they don't add more cash!
Service is very slow.And worst chai tea latte i ever drink from this tim.Very very poor service.
Worst Tim Hortons out of all of them! After being a customer for nearly over 2 years and more. One of the employes at the cashier brings me an iced cap not even filled to the top, then when telling him that it's not filled to the top he gives a lecture saying that it has to be filled to the line on the cup. I included a photo how they filling the cups to that so called line. That line is used for measuring, not filling up the cup to that line. Not one Tim Hortons I went to has this problem. Then forgets to give me a straw, worst customer service.
Good location. But they run out of things a lot.
This is now the 3rd consecutive occasion in which I pass by this location and am absolutely appalled at the poor service. The staff, though hardworking, courteous and kind, are ridiculously understaffed. The wait time is never less than 15 minutes, with 1-2 employees attending to each individual order as the line increases. To blame the employees would be erroneous - this is a lack of organization at a managerial level, a lack of employees, and a resulting lack of service. This is not nearly up to par with the regular service of this location; this has been going on for long enough.Hire more staff to meet the needs of the business.
Coffee at this Timmies is always fresh and hot.

Went there both yesterday (01/29/2020) and today. Ordered a wrap, and it was the wrong thing. Today waited a solid 15 minutes for a soup, while people that ordered after me got there stuff. Also not to mention, the customer prior to me was still waiting for what I am assuming is a smoothieOften served by the manager (gentlemen) who makes sure everything is okay and gives great customer service was unfortunately not there.Not sure if I want to go back
