Horrendous service the ladies from india are extremely lazy. They are supposed to have 24/7 breakfast and they refuse to serve after 1.
hello i was working in tim hortons but i recommend you to not apply in this tim hortons because first they will ask you we will pay training fees after 1 year and they have under 3 or 4 stores in cote vertu but i just left this tim hortons but they didnot pay me for training they are like u have to spend 1 year there is not any rule that you will get pay after 1 year they are making fool to everyone and they will ask we will sign a contract of pay but once you joined nobody come to get a signso this tim horton is totally fakeadress 3838 boul de la cote vertu
The service was terrible, and if you try to order ahead online the site let's you buy donut varieties that they never even had available so you can't even be sure you can get what you wanted in the first place... I don't recommend this franchise.
I was enjoying my coffee and donut with my family, when all of sudden the restaurant started to fill up with smoke. I went to see the staff to see what was going on and they told me that they were cleaning their sandwich machine. They were literally burning the grease off it, there was so much smoke that we had a hard time breathing and everyone had to leave. I asked the staff member why he was doing this now (1.5hrs before closing) when people were still in the restaurant and he answered rudely that this was the time to do it and that he obviously couldn't bring the machine outside! No apology, just rude!!! Worst customer service I've ever seen!!
From last 2 months they are serving unacceptable food.I want to give 0 star but there is no option.I ordered 2 chicken bacon wraps today. Got the two wraps without chicken and one with just tomato latuce and sauces.Besides both wraps were cold as ice.No words
I've been living in Canada for 11 years and I had worst experience here .I bought a coffee and the lady did not scan my Tim Hortons app on my cellphone. I don't know how to play "roll up to win" so I opened my app and asked her politely how to play the game. and she does not know how it work, and still not scan my app and , ( HOW she can work there!) the lady not try to find somebody to solve the EASY problem...her face is cold like ICE, and let me make call....I finally found the manager by myself.....I will never ever go to this Tim Hortons!!
I ordered grilled cheese panini. I asked cashier to get the grill(toaster) cleaned since the it is awfully dirty. The panini came with a huge black dirt and the supervisor asked the employees to get the black pieces from the panini. When I got back panini, it was still covered with black dirt. I pointed out the same issue and they agreed to do a new panini. The result did not change and the supervisor said it was because of the machine. The supervisor did not come with a solution for example keeping the toaster clean. Very disappointing experience.
Very bad service and the 2 ladies that were from India didn’t do a good service at all and they were lying for what I have asked for and when I asked to toast the sandwich they put the sandwich in the toaster without any paper on the metal directly very dirty and the taste of the sandwich was disgusting. never coming back to this branch
The team has the fastest drive thru service I've ever seen.5 stars for the speed.The food itself you can do without...
