We stopped in for coffee and breakfast on a Sunday morning a couple weeks ago. I can honestly say I have never been in a dirtier restaurant in my life. We mobile ordered our food and went inside to pick it up. Had I seen the inside of the dining room before I ordered I would have walked back out. Every table in the place was filthy, the windows were dirty with fingerprints and drip marks, there was visible dust on the shelves and the tile floors were streaked with dirt from where they had been *somewhat* cleaned a while back. There were 2 staff on and no other customers in the drive through or dining room while we were there. This was not new dirt, it had been there for a while. I honestly don’t want to think about what the back prep and kitchen areas looked like.\\nWe had ordered breakfast sandwiches and the eggs inside them had grey yolks. I wouldn’t let my kids eat them.\\nAvoid this place unless you want food poisoning.
Service was great, they don't make London fog here, but the lady made me tea with foam milk regardless. Gave me good recommendation.\\nHer service was really good professional and cordial, thank you!
La gerante a refuse de changer un brevage et elle refuse de parler francais. Tres mauvaise image pour une entreprise nationale pres des l'aeroport. The manager refused to swap a drink for another flavor. She refuses to speak french when serving client. This is a shame for a national business pretending to care about Quebec. Guess what! We can speak english too to avoid the cruelty of people refusing to serve us and call them on their game.\\nIts a full huliliation in our own country and province. We hold our ground. Tim Horton should not hire unilingual rude employees or give them French courses at work. I spend hundreds every month @ Tim but I will reconsider.
Typical Tims. Ham and Cheese sandwich was decent. Donut was stale and lacked flavor. Service was friendly and quick. Close to YUL
Busy drive through and very dangerous exit because you end up in an exit on the highway wow do you really wanna get killed by your coffee addiction? Think twice, go anywhere else to be safer

Too bad service. Almost waited 15 min in drive through to just give them order and 10 min to take order from window. Very poor customer service.
Really nice people , always treat very well . That indian cute girl poonam always treat with gentle attitude which attracts always to come this tim hortons always .
First off, this probably the most disorganized Tim Hortons in Canada, you're guaranteed a line up even when they're not busy, but they're literally right next to where I work so they're convenient.This morning, I line up in the drivethru and about 15m later Im at the order screens - Which are all off. Wait a few minutes and nothing.So I logically assume the screens and intercom must be broken, and wait another 10m in line to order at the pick up window.Well apparently they can't do that and I was told to go back in line for another 20m round.This is unacceptable, if the screen is broken here's a simple solution a 5 year old could come up with; put a handwritten SIGN on the order screens telling patrons to wait - There's NOTHING indicating whether the order system works, and you guys take 5m between orders.Good thing is I drove an extra 5m to McDonald's on cote Vertu and was served immediately.Lesson learned, never go back to this location, the extra 10m to drive to cote Vertu and back more than make up for the 20m in line at this Tims or the general lazyness of their staff
