Worst customer service ever! After waiting almost 30 mins at the drive-thru trying to order just a coffee, the cashier at the intercom told me if I don’t want to wait I can ‘GO BACK’, while I was stuck in between two car in front of me and many more behind in line. And when I got to the window trying to make a complaint both the cashier and manger didn’t seem to be apologetic at all! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!!!
None of them know how to speak english. Everytime I go there it's dirty inside even at 6am, rude experience in drive through. Took too long to make a simple order. workers have no manners and would talk and take their sweet time to make the food. should give a 1, but I'm feeling generous today.
Not open 24 hours, not drive through or dinning, either false advertisement for hours or employees not doing their job, saw someone who immediately hidden
I worked at this tim 4 years ago as student it was most horrible 4 days of my life .. actual hellnon professional, they yelled at me in front of the customsers ( it was a philipino manager i forgot the name), unclean staff, no manners. DO NOT BUY there
One of the better timmies I've been to. Always had great service here and the workers are super nice. I usually go through the drive-thru since it's faster, but if you go inside, sometimes it's a longer wait. But they always get my order right, so no complaints. The doughnuts here are also fresher than other branches.
I went to this Tim’s at 10:20 pm on a Saturday and saw that the drive-through was open 24h. I had driven hours and did a detour to get to the closest OPEN Tim’s. I drove up to this one and was ready to order, but it was closed despite the hours indicated online. The employee told me that this was just the case on Friday’s and Saturday’s, days that are usually quite busy in my opinion. The five cars behind me were probably as confused. Long story short, the hours need to be changed online.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Every single time I order they mess up my order. It’s like the employees get a malfunction in their minds every time I say OAT MILK. Or if i ever order a syrup in my latte, they simply can’t handle it. They use regular milk or completely forget the syrup or even add whipped cream on a vegan latte. I didn’t know how incompetent a staff could be until I came to this tim Hortons. I can’t drink regular milk as well and they continuously don’t care to make sure they get an order right.** to add to the incompetence!! I just realized I’ve been drinking hot milk with NO COFFEE IN IT!!!
