Reasonable price friendly service
We just ordered a platter of 50 pieces. It was beyond horrible. Not to mention the pieces were falling apart as we were trying to pick them up. Also one roll had salmon!! Only one! We had a VEGETARIAN roll and another with fried CHICKEN! Are you serious? We had half a roll or avocado but a full roll of cucumber! Really! It didn’t even taste fresh... won’t be going back ever
So rude! I've been going for over a year taking the same $10 roll. I always get a sauce but today it was .85$ more for the sauce. The owner was there it was the 1st time I saw her.she said "if my employee give this sauce for free I slap them"?! Seriously???I'm never going there again- with an attitude ILike that you lose me as a customer
Very small portions compared to other sushi shops my poke bowl was half full and almost no rice with a tone of lettuce
I don’t think I’ve ever had this type of bad customer service in my entire life. I’ve been ordering from this place for many years. Today my wife picked a poke bowl and it was EXTREMELY SPICY. I went back to return it and the receptionist(Alexa), who is apparently the manager, was impolite, rude and unprofessional. She accused me of eating the salmon!!! I asked her who makes a poke bowl that spicy without asking the customers. She said it’s your responsibility… she refused to give me another poke bowl. As a small business owner, this is the easiest way to lose a loyal customer and is plain unprofessional on her behalf. Also when I asked for the owners contact info, she gave me an incorrect phone number and email address. I’ll definitely escalate this further.
As always, Suchi Shop's employees are taking their time to prepare your order even if it is talking to long. FORTUNATELY, the longer your order takes, the better your food will be.Their suchies are very remarkable and the customer service is superb.Thus, I highly suggest everyone to buy their menu on this restaurant!!
The food was good, the down side about this restaurant would be the preparation time. If you order online for pick up, they would start preparing your food after you arrive.
I ordered a take-away on a friday and i came back home to find hair in my sushi! I tried sending pictures and an email to the customer service, no one replied. Submitting a claim on the shop's website gives an error and does not work. So, i finally contacted the branch's manager advising her to pay more attention to this. She was so unfriendly and said that the pictures are not a proof even if i have the receipt. I should take the sushi to her to inspect. When i told her i threw them away, she said if i do not have the food then do not have proof and she cannot do anything. I was not asking for anything anyway! I was just giving them advice so that they won't lose more customers! It seems their customer service is even worse than their food hygiene! I sent them email and wrote a review on facebook, they replied by an email that they are sorry and they will investigate what happened and get back to me in a couple weeks. That was over a month ago..

Worse service ever! Very rude and condescending!I'm a regular at this location and the one in Central station. Last summer, I order my usual poke bowl and was served a half portion. When I asked if the portions changed, the young man answered that if I thought it wasn't enough, it's because I eat too much for a small girl (I'm 39, he must have been 23). So not only he insulted me but he charged me full price for a half portion. I stopped going since.Yesterday. my parents wanted sushi so I ordered for them online. I took coupons I received by mail for free rolls (Lion roll if you spend $35 - bill was $66). The "lady" put her hand in my face and said: no! I asked why, if they were not a participating retailer, she said: next time! I asked her to explain what she meant, she said: you ordered online and already paid. So I said ok but this is not a rebate, it's a free roll so you can't arrange for it? She started screaming and told me to "get out!" I told her she can't talk to me like that, I'm just trying to understand. She continued screaming, said she was very busy and I came in early (5 minutes before my order pick-up time and waited in the back till she called me), that she was done talking to me and wasting her time, at which point I raised my voice too and she said I can't talk to her like that and told me again: go, get out! I don't want to see you!Needless to say, I'm not setting foot there again! I gave them a second chance but I won't be giving them a third one. So insulting and rude!
