Didn’t have any iced coffee, which is something that happens but it was just past midday so a bit odd. Super slow, like I’ve not seen before at a Starbucks. Multiple order mess ups for other people. My first coffee was given right away and got a bit cold by the time the second came. There were also people who said they’d been there 25-30 minutes (?). The staff seemed confused and like young teenagers. I tried to get a refund for it and they said they’d rush it but I still asked for one. The refund process did take longer than the coffee once they rushed it so I was able to leave with the coffee.Edit:By the time my second coffee care the first one (which I had not touched, it was for a friend and had the green stopper in it) has started leaking. The coffee was filled ABOVE the rim of the lid like the guy had filled up the whole cup and then magically added me. Building the pyramids from the top down. Impossible structure. Don’t know.
So disappointed! I was waiting for 10 minutes. The store isn’t busy. Two people got their drink even they are behind me. Well. I paid it but I decided to not taking the drink. I’m very disappointed!
I order my drink just the way I wanted but when I get it it seems like the barista doesn’t do as I ask for cuz it’s not the same taste as the other Starbuck does.
Marked as open for 9. Didn’t open for a half hour more than that. Went to the coffee shop across. Better service.
Delivery driver ran through the line with his trolley twice whilst we were ordering and plowed into my friends ankle. He didn’t even stop to apologise and staff watched it happen then did absolutely nothing about it. Manager wouldn’t even apologise or offer a solution to make the experience better. Disgusting!
One of my favorite locations. Service is always fast and consistent and the beverages are always made right. The employee named Justin is awesome, very friendly, customer oriented and made me a perfect Mocha Coffee Frappuccino. ?

Always busy, prepare some cash as sometimes they have problem with their machines. Other than that all is good.
