This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever seen If I could give 0 stars I would have. the cashier (Loubna) was very rude when I was ordering food and she was chewing gum while I was looking at her and when I asked to see the manager she said she that he won’t do anything about it and she won’t call him then I insisted about talking to a manager she called him and all the workers weren’t wearing hair nets which is a requirement.don’t ever go here
Ice cream machine always “broken” or “cleaning it”. The guy on the drive thru speaker is always rude and not willing to process an order because their under staff or too busy laughing at customers from the speaker (we can hear you). Also they make you wait 30-45 minutes in the drive thru until they take your order or pretend they’re closed.\\n\\nHonestly, never have I been turned down by a McDonald’s this many times at a time/ year. One thing they are consistant on is NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS.\\n\\nCheers!!
Me and my friend showed up around 10:00 think it was quarter to 10:00 anyways we got our food it was dine in we sat down for our meal and right away they told us that the place closed at 10:00 and they were kicking us out so why didn't they tell us that when I ordered the food we could have gotten take out and took it home so they just walked around one of the girls and she says we're closed at 10:00 we're closed at 10:00 we're closed at 10:00. In my opinion if you serve people let them finish their meal and just wait you can don't have to accept any more customers but let the ones that are there finish their meal don't push them away like that because it it makes for a very bad experience they should have just been upfront about it from the beginning I would have understood.
I would give zero stars if possible. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in the city of Montreal. The workers are clueless, I have orders breakfast sandwiches and received only bread, but the real last straw, is I went there July 5th 2022, and ordered breakfast burritos, at first the stickers on the burrito looked used and abused so I opened up my burritos to find mole inside both of them ?. I rushed back inside and demanded for a refund because I was completely disgusted. The manager had nothing to say except sorry. I even asked how they didn’t even notice how bad and old the fresh sticker was, she remained silent and avoided eye contact. Her name was Ana. This place needs to be closed down for the way they are running their establishment.

This Macdonalds is pretty nice, newly renovated. Food was better than others, not much better, but better. The 5 stars is based on McDonald Standards not my Standards. lol
Easy order. Fastest pick up. Nice ambience. Quite space
Middle of 2021 they're was many mistake of the orders but now it became good, and a lot faster in the drive thru so I put a 5 stars because they improve a lot. Didn't lost hope I was still going even if they're was mistakes.\\nWant to cheer up the team thank you for the perseverance and efficiency ?(emoji) I'm happier with the service.
They missed a whole sandwich in my takeout order and it was only 4 items not complicated. Silly of me to trust without checking the bag but only found out once home after freezing cold walk so no chance I was headed back. Crazy expensive and missing a main item…ouch!
