If I could give it a 0 stars out of ten, I would.Rude service and Rude employees. The managers shouldn’t even be managers. The first thing you learn to get promoted is good customer service. This restaurant just shows all the bad assumptions people have on the company.Highly do not recommend going here.- coming from a McDonalds employee
Ordered a few minutes ago on the mobile app and decided to come over to pick up my food. Speaker was closed , I came to the window and the man tells me that it is closed... Look I dont mind you telling me that your store is closed on the app but dont make me look like a fool driving to your restaurant to get told that. Nowadays you should credit your customer's gas for making them lose their time+money. Would never order from there ever again.
Seriously always forgets our things. A cashier gave us a dirty look when we told her we wanted to check the inside to make sure they didn’t “forget” anything. I personally think they have this trick to earn money. Plus, they burgers are placed in an ugly way unlike the other McDonald’s.
Rude employee that will give u attitude for you not being able to pronounce the name incorrectly. Will actually laugh at u to . And then go and exchange the oder . But at that point I was so discussed by that employ at the drive thru window that I canceled the full.order and will never go back there ever again
I ordered medium fries and small drinks.The service is very very very very very very very slow.The dine in place is not so bad. Is not that dirty.The bathroom isss fine.
Wow! Never had such a bad experience at McDonalds and that’s saying something. Only the drive through was open, it takes forever to order and get your order. The staff don’t even smile or say hello or confirm the price before handing you the machine to pay. My order was incomplete but they closed the door so I couldn’t even tell them. Stayed at the window for a few minutes knocking at the door, but the staff were on their phones and ignoring me. Walked to the door for the delivery guys and rang and knocked, no one ever came. Took me another 15 minutes to get the rest of my order. Super unfriendly staff, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
Horrible manager!!! My kids went by to see the upper floor and she started screaming and had no class, told me to get the hell out and had no class at all! It’s horrible that @mcdonalds hires peopleLike this to represent this corporation! I asked for her name and employee number and she refused ! I ve asked other colleagues to give her name and no one said something! What a shame!! All I was coming for was to have happy meals and ice cream for my birthday!! She ruined it! Please do something or have a talk with the day manager that world June 11 @ 2pm !!Thank you
No refills on pop machine. Understaffed. If you pay people top wages they will care more. Because you pay minimum . They don't care because they can get that job anywhere. Most McDonald's forget part of my order. I would use robots to keep cost down. Why haven't you done that.
My college want 2-3 times for me she order breakfast mcmuffin chicken without cheese and Mcmuffin saucisse egg without cheese for me couple of times but they always do mistakes those employee and put cheese like hello??? Without cheese = no cheese sans from = pas de fromage
Very bad service and impolite. Came in on Sunday morning at 10:45 am with kids, planned to wait 15 min to order the happy menu, since the lunch menu would start at 11:00 am. The employee there said "You need to order something now to stay here. You can't wait until 11:00 am". Excuse me?! Is that your store's new policy?! Is that the way how you treat your customer?! I will never recommend this place.
