STELLAR service and care for customers, hard to find these days when so many businesses got used to citing the pandemic as an excuse to behave unkindly towards customers. No problem there, I stop shopping in those places so I save on expenses :). However, this IGA, has great staff who is always polite and helpful. I have nothing negative to say. Every time I go there I feel well taken care of.
Review for ready to go food:when I want a quick lunch, you can get so many things ready to go (fried chicken, poutine, fries, sandwiches pizza, etc) and I always get the small poutine for not even $5 and it's good enough for 2 people.Their fried chicken is the best I've ever had in a long time, definitely recommend.

This used to be my go to store, but my first attempt at ordering for curbside pick up was a huge disappointment. Although I had marked no substitutions, there were multiple errors in the order, including having replaced one item with something that cost 100% more and which was not even the same category of product. I called them after receiving the order and, in fact, the item that I had wanted originally was actually in stock. What a scam.Besides charging me for two products that I did not want or need and for which I have no use, (and not sending me what I actually needed) they also charged me another $4.00 fee for "shopping" for me, even though the order was processed incorrectly.The manager who I spoke to was not interested in resolving the problem short of telling me to come in to the store for a refund, which obviously defeats the purpose of curbside pick up.This is really offensive to those shoppers who can't come into the store at this time for safety reasons. One might ask whether they are taking advantage of people's vulnerability, knowing that people can't come in for a refund at this time.Please note also that "specials" at this store are often rung up at full price.. you have to check the invoice.
95% is processed foods. the other 5% has pesticides, growth hormones, antibiotics, animals eat the wrong food, chemicals etc... so no grocery store should have a 5 stars.
Nice, modern layout with a decently large organic and vegan section.
LOWER YOUR PRICES Insanely high prices it literally makes no sense its like they’re trying to cater only to rich people or make everyone with lower income forcefully go shop elsewhere. I’ve lived around the corner for 15 years even back when their old IGA store was a small family-style store on Keller Boul. And their products were affordable. Now they moved here and prices are insane someone is money hungry because no other IGA is this expensive. I’m not the only one with this complaint and more customers should start giving 1-star reviews until they get get the message.
Ordered 9 pieces of fried chicken to take out. When we ate it we had to wonder where's the chicken. All batter and no chicken is what I received.They use the smallest chicken that is available.
