Terrible!! Terrible service. We tried to redeem free pizza from our points and, although we had added $50 of other pizzas to our order - the store refused to make our order! They are SO cheap they didn’t even honour our free pizza redemption. They cancelled our order. And would not fulfil the rest of our order.Officially banned. With 5 other pizza places within a 2 min walk, I’d never support them again. No wonder they already have a very LOW rating. Terrible management.
I am extremely disappointed with the rude and disrespectful service at this location. I ordered 4 pizzas and the owner decided to cancel my order only because I wanted to change my order and add a 5th pizza. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Don't waste your time!
Do NOT order from this Domino’s, they are rude and cheap. There are much better places to order from. You will not regret taking my advice.
Very surprised at this location’s unwillingness to accept my business. I tried placing an order over the phone and they refused it! I used to to order pizza from here regularly but I will never return here nor suggest this place to anyone.
Terrible service . Pizza tasted absolutely disgusting . Was not cooked and the management is sooooo rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! This place should shut down.
Pizza is good but must be eaten straight out of the oven.Some employees are rather rude.Great specials. $$$$$$$
I have ordered twice via their home delivery service and it has been good both times. Quick and pizza prepared as ordered. Delivered warm and neatly both times. Am a vegetarian and they have couple of options.
Possible the only dominos locations where standards hygiene practices on food making are neglected regularly. I have witnessed employees making food without a proper hand wash prior. also the area where they keep food and pizza cutting tables are for the most part kept untidy. This is to be blamed on the management, they do not enforce dominos food standards in order to cut the corners. This is a blatant violation against dominos standards related to food safety and portions. Inexperienced and poorly trained employees are in charge of training new employees. Dominos Canada should take actions against their negligence.
I never had experienced such a horrible atmosphere in Domino's. I don't get it so many people had bad experience with the staff in there, still the management is not looking into it. The people in there don't know how to talk to customer's. Very poor customer service. You'll get your moods spoilt if you enter this location to eat pizza. I am never going back to this place again.
