This is the first time i came to this dominos . No gloves, they pick up the phone and go directly making pizzas without washing hands.Last time
I love dominos pizza but this location is the Worst, I have never ordered from this location and the order was sent as ordered, for many many times , I really hate to complain but when I call the location they argue, I wish if there’s a way in app to not order from this location based on my location . I’m shocked how the head office is letting the franchise still operating.
Very friendly and fast. However, as I waited I noticed that hands weren't being washed as frequently as it should.
Worst Dominons in montreal, they always close door 20-25mins before closing time and if you go before they tell you sorry we cant take order , our ovens are off now. Pathetic
I never leave negative reviews about anything but I had to for this one because I was horrified by how I was treated. I just ordered a pizza from Domino's Pizza Montreal on Marcel Laurin and just received the worst customer service I have ever received in life. Rude staff, litterally got my order wrong and then I called back because I was disappointed but also understand that human error is a thing. So I try to figure out how this could be fixed. I was called a liar and told that they weren’t going to help me cause they were too busy. Too busy after you have my HARD earned moneys and gave me something I don’t even want?? And refused to give me their names annnnddd hung up on me. I called back and they still gave me attitude and putting me on hold without warning. They then begrudgingly sent over another pizza after the third phone call. They can never get a cent from me again. Throw the whole pizza with this dry dusty crust away. Literally so cheap with the pepperoni and toppings in general. Never again.
I have waited 30 min to get one medium veggie pizza and after i called the waiter to ask about it she simply brought it from the shelf, it has been there ready this whole time and she didn’t even bother to check although she saw me waiting in front of her the whole time. She’s super mean and totally unwelcoming.
This domino's is poorly run. I heard that the owner doesn't care about any rules and regulations and he's super cheap. I had the pizza a couple of times and felt sick in my stomach the next day. The other locations are probably much better than this one
Only ordered at this location two or three times, but from my limited experience with this location; I find this to be a superior Domino's compared to others I've ordered from.Inside it's a little run-down, not exactly new and shiny, but who gets fast-food style pizza for the decorum? It's a non factor for a place like this.Bonus (Domino's App): this applies to all Domino's locations....When ordering from the Domino's app, there is a progress bar that shows when they get the order / prep the order / in the oven / etc.So if it's for pick up you can time when to get there for when it's ready so you don't end up waiting around if you arrive too soon. Or for delivery, you know when your order left the location and is on the way, so you know how soon to expect it's arrival.
This store DOESN'T respect COVID sanitary mesure at all. To begin with, some employers doesn't fully wear their masks where we can literally see their nose expose towards making pizzas. Also, their employees didn't wear hair nets to prevent hairs going to our food.Thus, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ordering from this restaurant since they DONT respect the health and safety guidelines towards employees and customers!!!
The workers are not respecting customers, I forget to have my mask for a second Two workers almost shouted on me. Really agressive and not respectfull, never seen a bad behaviour like that, don't advice to order from such restaurant
