No one was working when I came at 8:45 in the morning, I mean how dangerous is it for someone to come into the store and there is no staff. I waited for over five minutes with other customers calling out for someone. Is there no way for the staff to know if there is someone upstairs. I left and came back and saw a girl working. I went in to tell her that I called out multiple times and no one came. Her excuse was she was in the kitchen and that she was only gone 5m. It was more than 5m. Makes no sense to me that someone would be in the kitchen in the basement at 8:45. What if there were people in the morning who needed their coffee? I missed my bus because of this. And she just told me, well I’m here now. What kind of response is that? What kind of customer service is that? Regardless the place was low stocked in food. Only biscottis and cookies to sell. What a terrible experience.

Made clients wait with their coffees in their hands for 5 minutes due to problems with their till. Which is fine and happens.However, they couldn’t fix the problem, so they took all the coffees out of their clients hands whom they’d made wait.They’d rather waste the coffee than show a little class.

Customer service could be better...
I feel they just don't care about customer service. 2 times I got drinks from them and asked for low sugar or no sugar and what I got at the end was so sugary teas. Seriously what is wrong with them and why so hard to listen to customer?
Always get the same thing here because it's simply delicious loll. Also, I love the fact that the bartistas takes their time to properly made your order.Something that many other companies don't understand. Taking your time insure proper service. The young lady's service this morning was terrible. I ordered a raspberry scone, a veggie pâté wrap, and a café frappé. The only thing she got right was the coffee. She forgot my scone (which would've been breakfast) and replaced my expensive veggie wrap with an inferior egg concoction, which she then proceeded to heat up - at 7:30 in the morning. Her lack of attention to detail and basic service skills are abhorrent, to say the least.Unfortunately, I was in a rush to get to my own job, so I hadn't had the time to double-check to see if she had done her job adequately. Do to her incompetence, I for one will be spending my money elsewhere.... Next time, hopefully she'll listen to the customer and use common sense rather than going about making a her ideal breakfast.Nearly $20 wasted thanks to her incompetence and now I need to waste more money to buy a proper lunch
