Rev3:- they makeup for it . Itook a mix brochettes plate in the evening and it’s was hot and lot of potato as I asked them . These guys ar best. Nicely cooked kafta and brochette poulet . I changed my review to 5 star again .Rev2 - i have to change the review from 5 to 1 because I went there today to get mix trio and the service was poor and they were rude . Also they didn’t cook my pita it’s was raw .Boustan cote vertu is my regular go to place .usually I go there 3/4 times in week but today I got no respect and rude customer service .I don’t know what’s wrong it’s seems all of them are new there but I am very disappointed.Rev1-1Excellent people and best mix plate in all the boustan .

Since Boustan changed ownership the meals, portions and taste is just. Not good. When you start counting the amount of potatos you serve and try to save on food is not an arabic culture. You changed the cntr to smaller portions and when You serve the .kids. Menu you fill. With burned. Chicken. Sad to say good . Bye but prefer to spend my money somewhere else. Sucran ktir.

I ordered 2 vegan plate at 9.15 and after paying the bill I asked for a humus but with smiling face they gave me a free humus..
This Boustan on coute vertu makes tiny sandwiches; they undercut on the meat. 3 times I go 3 times I get undercut. Never again will I go to this Boustan!!!!
It was my first time at Boustan and the workers were very nice and generous with the portions! Highly recommend the beef shawarma pita and the garlic potatoes! They prepared my order quickly and the food was very fresh even though it was close to 9pm when I ordered.Edit: Disappointed this time. I ordered two plates and asked the worker if he made sure to put the pita in the bag. He said yes. I got home and we opened up the takeout and we found that only one of the plates had a pita. Also, they forgot both of the drinks that I had bought!! Really disappointed since we had a good experience the first time.Edit 2: I went back to grab 2 plates last night, and it seems maybe the owner was there? Which I think increased the quality of service. Portions were more generous than usual and they gave me a sturdier bag to carry my food. The chicken was a bit dry though, but everything else was perfect. Fast and efficient. They definitely stepped it up and made it up from the last few times I was here. 5 stars!
