Service has to improve. I mean it shows how much pressure they have to serve the customer quickly and most employees making your sandwich won't take in consideration that you've ask for bread toasted better or my problem is with their strip of uncooked fat they call bacon! I don't know if It's all the same now because I once worked at the Tim close to Wal-Mart and we had thick slice to cook perfectly well to a crisp!! So instead of throwing away the bacon in my sandwich, I decided to politely ask to have my bacon well done and crispy. Deception even if the cashier went to tell the cook showing him on the order screen "well done". It's the last time I throw away part of my sandwich again!
