It’s in heart of city usually busy . They have good team in day and afternoon but in the evening after 8 this place goes crazy they don’t have good people to handle the rush.
Drive thru is terrible (be prepared for 30min wait and wrong orders). Don't bother ordering in advance, they can't get that right either. Pure incompetence.
Just before the renovations my partner and I got food poisoning After it reopened our son came over with Big Mac fries double cheeseburger. The food was cold and the fries were half cooked. Not crispy. The food has been going downhill while the prices are going up. There has been complaints by several people we know and nothing has ever happened to correct the cold uncooked food

The service is never the same. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's absolutely awful. The soda can often be flat or warm. The sandwiches are messy sometimes. I love McDonald's but this McDonald's lacks consistany.

Service speed varies, often 15-20 mins at the drive-thru even at 3 or 4 PM on weekdays. Make sure to check your order before leaving. This last visit, they did not put extra pickles on a hamburger as requested and completely forgot the dipping sauces for a 20-nugget meal. These types of mistakes are frequent. I only go to this location when it's too big of a detour to go to another.
Always make mistakes with the drinks. I have ordered by SkipTheDishes, and gone thru the drive thru and they are slow and always forget at least one or all drinks
They close at any time without notice, forcing you to go in the drive through. Whether you are on foot or had pre-ordered with the app.Last time I attempted going, it was 18:20 h. I mean what restaurant closes right in the middle of dinner time? McDonald's. To be avoided.
