Discovered this A&W only a few days ago. There is another in the mall but this one stays open later on days that the mall closes early.
Very quick service using the app to order in advance, 30 seconds and you're out of there with your order in hand . The personel do their job well and are both friendly and helpful. Their burgers are better than average and their onion rings are exceptional.
I order a grandpa but only got a papa. I decided for far to get there and back home so I I was disappointed. I blame language as I don't speak French very well. The only charged me for what they gave me this.. I saw drive thru staff working without uniform but maybe I was casual day .

The food is always good. Sometimes they don't have poutine or onion rings. But lately they have it all! Nice place. Mostly nice employees.
Closed at 7pm a Friday evening for reasons "out of their control".My friend, if your staff isn't showing up or you can't find people to work for you, that is 100% under your control.
Great A&W! Clean, friendly staff (bilingual English and French), high quality ingredients. My family visiting from the States were impressed. The poutine is especially delicious here.
Really really slow drive through. Took over 1 hour to finally get our order with only 6 cars in front of us.
