Small, cozy place, seems to be run by a "mom & pop." We arrived within an hour of closing which made them a little nervous, but only because "pop" went home early. Quiet noise level, and likely the MOST DELICIOUS Indian food I've ever had. Kept it simple with veg samosas, chicken tikka masala, palak paneer, garlic naan. Everything was hot, delicious, perfect. I literally wiped the plate and bowl clean with my naan. "Mom" was so sweet, beaming when we devoured our food, and at checkout. Everyone else's food looked delicious, too. Highly recommend!

Amazing Indian restaurant in the Est of Montreal, will definitely become a regular here! The food was fresh and delicious, and the owners are so friendly. Take note that they only accept cash!

I moved to the East End last year, and this was the first time I've been to an Indian restaurant. The quality of the food overall was excellent. I started with the vegetable samosas which were DELICIOUS. Then I ordered a lamb curry with a garlic naan, and both were also excellent. I would have preferred the curry to be spicier, but this is no reason to give less than five stars, next time I'll ask for it. I washed everything down with the most perfect Mango Lassi (the nectar of the Gods). The restaurant has a vibe of a small, family-run business. I went very last on a Sunday, and there was only one woman in the front-of-house, split between the table service and the take-out orders she still managed to offer friendly service. All in all, I absolutely recommend this place, and I will DEFINITELY return very soon.

these were the breads i ordered i had to throw them ….all food was garbage i buyed

First time I visit this restaurant with my family. The food was excellent and it's safe to say this restaurant is one of the best restaurants in town. Yasmine, the owner came to our table and talk about the origin of the food served by her restaurant, the spiced tea that she inherit the recipe from her grandma. The food portion is generous and the price is very reasonable.

Amazing just perfect , the food is amazing ( the best! ) And we are in love with the owner a lovely women! We gonna come back for sure ☺️

Listen, this is the best restaurant in Montreal. Everything is perfectly spiced, you can taste the effort and care in every item, from the entrees to the mint sauce and everything in between is perfection. Im not surprised to hear it's a family run business because it really feels like these recipes took a generation at least to perfect.Im 1000% serious, we can no longer go more than 7 days without having Zykaa. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Really overpriced for the so little portions that were given, my beans plate was so underburdened that when i open the container there was a spot that i could see the bottom of the plate. Supposedly it was a combo for 3 but my girlfriend and i finished it all and i was still hungry. The prices on the menu are also "6 years old" and everything you see is 6 dollars more.

Very good. First time eating Indian food. Not disappointed. Just be careful if you take to take out because some sauce spilled in the bag unfortunately. Very delicious overall.

Great little gem of a restaurant in the east end. A family run business and excellent very good quality. I've eaten in very reputable restaurants downtown and can't say they were better. Ordered out for 7 people and paid under $150 + had leftovers. Highly recommended.
