Dessert is good but place is too small and crowded, and the service was too slow... They prioritize online orders, so my in-person order of one juice took around 10 mins to prepare, not to mention the 10 min wait to make the order in the first place.

A great place to pickup a tall serving of your favourite boba-added milk tea. Service is very efficient. And quite Covid safe.There are many restaurants in the area similar to Presotea. But only Presotea is Presotea. Accept no substitute.Ordering online is simple. Ordering in person is augmented with a remote notification device that allows you to safely wait outside.My kids never refuse a proposed stop at Presotea. And I must admit I look for every opportunity to stop by and order something.Consider Presotea the next time you have a craving for boba.
I ordered to go and they give me the wrong food, 2 out of 3 are not what I ordered and I waited like20 mins. Really bad experience

To be honest I didn’t expect much of this place.However, I was totally satisfied with the quality of bingsu!I regret now having come here earlier.Highly recommend and will return.

I love this place SO MUCH. I swear I go so often I'm probably keeping Kwan in business! ?? This is probably the best Presotea location of them all, and I will literally walk past the one on Ste-Catherine just to come to this walk. I mean, I walk all the way from Griffintown just to come to this place! They're super generous with their bubbles and Jellies unlike the other locations, and they're really just always so nice! My go to is #32 the Basil Lime with added bubbles, but mango coconut, and Earl Grey with pudding is SO GOOD too.
