Great ramen place, this was actually my second time, I had liked it enough to bring new friends this time. The place has a nice vibe, good service, a bit pricy but I got Tonkatsu with the teriyaki chicken and boy was there a ton of chicken in it. Also I appreciated how flavourful the chicken was.
We went here once and I did not want to come back anymore. The service was just okay and the staffs were not welcoming. We arrived around 2:30 pm, which was only 30 minutes left before closing. Maybe that was why they were uninterested. They did not show us that we had to fill out the order sheet if we came for lunch, so we kept scrolling the menu and chose what we wanted. And then when we ordered, they told us that we had to fill out the order sheet. None explained or recommended us about the lunch menu, so we ordered a lot and experienced a difficult time to complete all. Regarding the food, the ramen tasted good at first, but then I just got sick when I tried to finish. The broth was so fatty. Among those dishes I ordered, takoyaki was the best. But I was full when trying to finish ramen, so I could not enjoy anymore. The last one was the karaage, it was great for my bf but too salty for me. Overall, in my opinion, their ingredients were pretty good and high-quality, but I regretted a little bit when I came here with high expectation. ??
Delicious ramen. Good service
Went on a date night here. While the evening was off to a slow start due to the long wait time (I recommend getting on the waitlist using yelp as soon as you are heading here!) The food was worth the wait!We had the korokke as an appetizer. It was flaky crunchy and incredibly tasty. We then had an awesome Tonkotsu broth ramen dish with the pork as the meat. The meat was incredibly tender and complemented the dish perfectly! We left this restaurant with very full bellies! The portions are incredibly satisfying so bring your stretchy pants.Very very tasty worth ever second we waited! I recommend this place!
Honestly quite possibly the best ramen I have ever had in my life. I still dream about it. The broth was full of depth and flavour, right amount of salt. The pork belly serving was generous and just perfect in fatty content. The egg was wonderfully marinated and jammy inside. The noodles were freshly made in-house! Would go back again and again.
I've had tonkotsu ramen all over the world and for some reason, this visit just did not do it for me. My friend and I felt underwhelmed by the broth. It did not have that distinct tonkotsu flavour. However, I loved the green colour of the vegan noodles, which I assumed were zucchini-based. The price was also on the upper end for ramen. I could not find myself justifying another visit if I were to return to Montreal. Hopefully others find it delicious though.
C'était notre première expérience au Yokato hier soir. Service excellant. Qualité des ingrédients exquis. Les prix des plats sont très justes et la vitesse du service... juste wow. Je vais le recommander et y retourner !!

Best ramen ever! Would definitely come again but sit downstairs or further away from large groups. Was extremely loud upstairs to a point where a woman screamed and the waiter had to ask her to calm down. Wait time of 45 minutes on Saturday but we took a walk around and got the text when our table was ready. Food is worth the wait! So so delicious.
My friend recommended this restaurant and we went there for lunch. We had both takoyaki and chicken karaage for appetizers. It was very good! The meat was tender and the soup was rich and creamy. I wished there were more toppings that came with the regular price. When we left there were still people waiting to be seated, might want to go there earlier to avoid wait time!
