They always have food here
We always order by Uber eats or skip the dishes, and every single time that we order always is missing items, is just so frustrating because the food is good
Been getting takeout here for ages and the food is good (chicken strips that are like chicken nuggets, fries and burgers all good from my experiences. The service could be more positive.
Very slow service, preorder online, cand when you get there, they have no clue about your order, no mustard in a burger joint. Terrible. Oh, and no receipt provided, even though by law they must give you one

Lavan emailed me at 1:53pm that same day to resolve my issue! Not even 15 minutes later! WOW!!!I was so impressed and pleasantly surprised at how quick the response was. Wendy's made me feel important and appreciated!Thanks for taking such good care of me!
Ordered a meal through Uber Eats. When it got here it was the completely wrong order and very cold. We got a refund through Uber Eats and then reordered another meal right away. People make mistakes right? Well, minutes later Wendy's cancelled our order. When we tried to call the restaurant, nobody answered the phone. Don't bother ordering from them.
The lady at the cashier was very rude, she yelled at me for dropping receipt on the ground while I was having my meal, while I didn’t even get the receipt when I ordered my food. She must think she’s the best detective in mtl.

Sept 12 2021 at 4pmThey were super busy and the customer service was still on point. Very professional and tentative. And the fast food was good too. Burger patties were not stale, they seemed good.Get cheese sauce on the side for it and add lettuce and tomato!!
