The slowest fast-food restaurant in history. The worst Wendy's I've been to so far in my life. Customer service was extremely poor and took, without lies, for more than 40 minutes to place an order and get my food. It wasn't even that busy. I've seen busier fast-food joints service customers faster than this location. On top of that, the location is absolutely filthy and unsanitary place. There's garbage everywhere on the floor and the toilets are disgusting and stink with urine everywhere.
Best Wendy's location I've tried. Burger was juicy and delicious. Not like the dry cardboard you get at McDonald's... Sry Ronald, maybe step up your quality control game.
Horrible. Waited 20 minutes for my order. Then told they only have 1 baked potato & it's too old to serve!! Will never go back. Hope someone at Wendys reads this very negative review & either responds to me or does something corrective ASAP.
It's a rare occasion when there's not half a dozen cars in front of you, but their baked potato with a small chili over it is very filling, low in calories, high in Fibre (a veritable rectum rocket) plus under $5. Worth the lineup.
Highly recommend, free parking, fresh, juicy and super clean,couldn’t ask for more !
Why 3 stars ? Not because it's a Wendy's, but mostly because it's always take more than 10 min. For a simple burger with fries and brevage ... Maybe it's because of all the food delivery or whatever but it's too long for a fast food restaurants
Good food . Better then McDonald's... the app is not the best but the manager will hook you up if it don't work.
I am vegan and I heard that they have vegan burgers but unfortunately they do not have them. They only sell non-veg items only.
Horrible service, worst fast food place ever. After waiting 10mins for my coffee, I had to repeat what to put in my coffee 3 times, when the staff while the Manager was standing right there started to yellat me and told me she wasn't listening to me but her colleague which got the order wrong in the first place and forgot about me. I was trying to help her but instead got disrespected, she then told me she wasn't going to Serve me or give me my money back, which got me very upset as they clearly do not know how bussines operations work! To add to that the Manager said he was going to call the police if I didn't clam down! Well, Sir I can not clam down when your employee tells me she's not giving me my money back, so yeah, I'll call the Police myself! Long story short all the negative comments are FACTS! Save your money and go eles where!!! This is no longer the place it was a few years back! Wendy's Corp needs to look into this location and clear out all the Bad Management including the Manager himself!
Uber-Ed 2 double Dave combos. First one with restrictions ( see order picture) it came with everything and more, the top part of the bun was soaked in ketchup. Second burger was raw, not cooked through, if I wanted a steak tartar, I wouldn’t order it at Wendy’s.My son ate some of it and I’m hoping he won’t be sick. I kept the rest in the freezer in case my son is sick and doctor need to see the cause. Also, it took so long that I arrived cold. Not sure if it is the restaurant’s fault or the Uber driver.I would not recommended it and I think this is going to be the last time I’d have Wendy’s food except maybe the frostys.This is by far the worst meal I ever got, what a waste of $40!!!! I would have given a zero star if option was there. Smart up Wendy's, what we used to accept from many of the fast food lack of service and quality is going to catch up…
