We went here for Valentines Day and we’re served their special menu. This was 2 years ago and we still laugh about it. We left and had to grab a second dinner because the entire 3 course meal was basically an appetizer.
I was there for the Norouz party. The place is clean and cosy but the food is average. And more importantly, the cocktails were watered and almost there was no alchol in it. Drinks were quite expensive too.
I’m not coming back and I don’t recommend this place. I was looking forward to eat here, but my friends and I had a terrible experience. There were so many issues I don’t even know where to begin. 1. My friends and I had a reservation for brunch at 1pm, but we had to wait until 2pm to get a table. We were starving. 2. At 1:55pm, almost 1 hour waiting for a table, the host told us that the brunch menu was closing at 2pm so that we had to order lunch instead. 3. We were 4 people, but we only got 1 menu, which we had to share as we never got the other 3 menus. 4. Service was very slow, it took forever for the waiter to take our order. 5. The food took way too long to arrive. 6. The food was not good at all. I could keep going on but you got my point…
You saved our evening!!! We had a horrible experience at Mauvais Garcon (Do yourself a favor and don't eat at Mauvais Garcon) so we went to Verses Bistro instead. Ambiance is fabulous and the food was great. What was really wonderful, though, was the wine selection. The service was also wonderful. All in all, a very pleasant dining experience.
Great place to eat breakfast and have coffee. Nice and friendly staff.
Service was very slow - had to go chasing after servers to get a drink brought to our table. Waited 15 minutes for my cider to be brought over only to be told that they were out. 4-5 servers observed chatting at the coffee bar instead of working was frustrating. Furthermore - this restaurant is not wheelchair accessible whatsoever and neither is the way to the washroom - again disappointing to see in 2021 when so many nearby buildings have made the effort to be accessible.
Decent food at the hotel. The environment is also very nice, but the service and the servers are on the slower side.
Loved it! Make sure to try their deserts!
Great space and location, apart from that everything else was just okay.
Terrible service! On a Saturday afternoon when the restaurant was not busy it took 20 minutes to be greeted by waiter. 2 hours later the staff could not tell us how much longer the food would be, after finally placing our order. I would not recommend.
