If it was possible to put ZERO STAR I would !! WORST customer service (there hadn't had any frankly) I EVER got in a Tim Hortons. The girl wouldn't even try to figure out how to apply my ParlezaTim survey discount, when it's only an option she had to select on her cash. She was just staring at me while resting her elbow on the counter like a bothered kid !
Slow service, employees looked either dead inside or tired beyond measure. There was a mistake in our ordrer.
Worst experience ever for take out order! Too much waiting time for persons to take order as takeout. All persons busy with drive through line. I spent 30 minutes to just take a small coffee which was not even equal to standard.
Worst experience ! I don’t even want to give that 1 star but that’s the least I can do. They should close it for take in and better work for only drive throughs.

Really the slowest service imaginable.You ll be in front of the cash register waiting for 5 minutes while people walk by you talking to each other in indian and totaly ignoring you.As i m writing thos i ve already been wainting over 5 minute there is 2 people at the drive trougth. One doing something in the kitchen and 2 roaming around wich dont seem doing much

Cashier wasn't wearing their mask properly, not wearing a hair net either. Gave me a hot chocolate that tasted like water instead of a black coffee? Took forever to get served.
