Wrost experience ever. Very untrained staff every time they made mistakes
The worst customer service ever. Coffee was made wrong asked to replace instead of making the drink they made me for for it and than made a new drink. They were arguing that they never made the drink wrong.
Very lovely people and one of the best wrap I ate in a while. Definitely going there instead of Queen Mary’s McDonald’s. Thank you!

In the last 15 years, I have been there 5 times and every time there is something wrong with my order. Today was my last time going there for sure :/ Ordered one M black coffee that was burned, couldn't drink it. 3 or 12 donuts were overcooked (wrinkled), but you can't see it under all the decoration, only when you bite.

Not clean. I asked for a hot chocolate with whip cream and sprinklers like the one on the pictures in their place, but I got a messy cup and a bad case of upset stomach. Not fun.
It is same as other Tim Horton, clean and serving the same food as other Tim Horton too.
