Horrible service , always missing stock or not ready… today i ordered 12 donuts in the drive through and when I arrived at the window I asked to open the box and show what you put, he turn the box upside and open the box and the donut fell… honestly I would not suggest anyone going to this Tim Horton
Today first time in my order no mistakes.

On Wednesday Oct 6th around 4pm, my mother and I went to Tim Hortons and ordered some food. She ordered a Chicken Wrap and while she was eating she bit through a peice of glass or hard plastic. Very disappointed and disturbed that my 70 year old mother almost swallowed GLASS from this restaurant. Photo of glass chewed on does not seem to load well but if cooporate wants proof I can send it in follow up email.

The place was so dirty There were spider webs on the racks And employees have really bad attitude
Attitude from staff especially sarah at the cash rolling her eyes when you order not a very good service here would advise to go to another tims.
Worst Tim hortons ever. 20mins in line on a sunny sunday afternoon. And had no more timFresh juices which r new..like 20mins? We couldnt back out due to others in lineOne person doing cash but a diff person taking your oder. I'm all abt training new staff but do it when it's not busyBot from the area so wont be back..but Tims in general needs a refresher...
