Just avoid this Tim's. They should just shut it down!There are all sorts of people weird people there.I used to go there from time to time but now I don't because the management and customers there are not the brightest nor the cleanest.They should relocate it because of the many issues here on both teams.Avoid this Tim's its sad that there a lot of Tim Hortons being runned like this.
The worst London Fog i got at Tim Hortons. It tasted like water?? It's my go-to-drink at Timmies and I was so disappointed when I got to work with it. I should've tasted it sooner. It also lacked the vanilla syrup, it was not as sweet, or maybe it was the fact that there was too much water?? Some employees need an update on their training, they should taste their drinks so they know how to make it properly.
Waited in line for 20 minutes for a coffee, workers stood around and talked while people were waiting, coffee tasted like water. Very disappointed. Would never go there again!
Would've put 0 stars if that was an option. First time I've tasted regurgitation before swallowing the food, veggie patty english muffin is absolutely foul.
Staff are slow at making orders coffee is brunt or watered down so bad that you don't even want to drink it best off just walking or diving to the one on Victoria or the little on by the hospital on cote st Catherine
Worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to! The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They treat customers with great disdain. They always seem to be bothered by their job. All the girls are constantly speaking loudly and laughing among them in their language instead of taking orders. The washrooms are very dirty and smelly. They don't even have hand sanitizer at the entrance. This branch needs to change management and all the staff ASAP!!! Terrible customer service.
1 - Impossible to be serve in french. I don't have any problem to talk in english but for some people who are unilingual, it's just unbelivable.2 - No respect at all from the staff. The ladies who are working here are rude ! Yesterday, one lady take my order with mistakes, when I told her I ordered chicken wrap, she told me the restaurant don't sell chicken wrap...but the sign seems to said yes. After I mad, suddenly, I got my chicken wrap.3 - No respect of the business hours. I came almost three hours before closing, one member of the staff told me the kitchen is already close.I don't know what's whappening in this Tim Horton but it's a big joke.
Ask for light ice in my Ice Coffee(Large) order and they gave me full amount of ice with it and I ask if they can give me light ice, they just poured out the ice on the sink and gave my cup half empty.
Tim Hortons is a mediocre fast food joint with no principal. It's been a year since my last meal and this place is still as trashy as the last time I have been. I ordered a veggie breakfast sandwich and got sausage. Just a straight disappointment
All the staff are rude. They ways argue with customers, when they make mistakes instead of saying sorry or apologizing, they argue. Whenever I come here, they're always talking loudly by themselves in their language and laughing instead of taking orders. It seems like customers are bothering them. This branch needs to seriously change the management including the staff, sooooo unprofessional. Washrooms and floor are very dirty. Worst customer service.
