The best Tim Hortons ever
Good service and super friendly staff, but it needs some cleaning
The main doors and in side waiting area is very very dirty..i hope they clean their equipment
I've recently started working downtown and I've been to this Tim Hortons probably 4 or 5 times in the morning on the way to work. Something tells me they are not doing proper prep, or ordering enough from their suppliers. The majority of times they don't have hash browns. About half the time they don't have English muffins. And today they didn't even have butter. I've started to go to the macdonals instead because its more reliable that they have what I want in stock.

Missing elements from orders and not friendly staff.
Always low staff, long lines, slow service, pleace if always filthy compared to other places... and bad service... the manager there should be ashamed.
I didn't like drinks over here
I ordered from uber eat and disnt had the option for milk/sugar/cream in my coffee.I then called the store to update my order wich they did ! On top of that, one of the two coffee where dark roasted and didnt had the same milk/sugar ratio.Well, they called me back on my phone to ask me wich add-on ahould be put in wich coffee.More than an excellent service over there ! Wow !
