There are all Indian staff. All are very unprofessional and irresponsible. Everyday new staff come and out. All time their washroom is out of orders. At all their service unexpectable
Though I visited frequent number of time to this place, I never thought of writing a review, but this time I spare a few minutes to write a review.If anyone is in emergency to used restroom please look for other nearby, I find this restroom is useless since I and my friends ask to use restroom for couples of time. The answer was no, the restroom is closed. Todays me and my colleague noticed that dark roast coffee double double was very bad, and also one of the most messy Tim horton I ever visited in the six year in Montreal.I have attached a couples of pictures.
During the late evening, it is take out only. You cannot sit and eat.There are no Boston creme chocolate or maple donuts in this Tim Hortons location.
Tim hortons is tim hortons, but this one is less clean being in the heart of downtown... Still ok but the coffee wasnt as good as at my usual Tim and it was noisy.... Thanks
This is handsdown the worst Tim Horton In Montreal. The night shift employee was working alone all night. I waited 35minutes in line to get a bagel creme cheese. The girl was sooooo cheap with the cream cheese its as if I ordered a bagel with butter. Worst service, employees don't speak a word of French and barely speak English. This Tim Horton would make so much more money if they hired at least 2 to 3 employees at night. Worst experience ever, do not recommend at all
. Never answer the phone. Very dirty and flooded with stinky water. Terrible service. Horrible coffee and served cold!. I wish there is something below 1 star. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL
I refilled my water bottle here a couple of times, the personnels were so nice and friendly. Also, I took away Boston cream, which was very delicious.
My wife and I are from out of country and we stopped here after a late night out. Never had tried Tim Horton, so we decided this would be a good spot to get a quick snack. The experience was what you would expect from a chain like this. The donuts seem to be better quality than Dunkin', so that was a nice surprise. Just as a note, dine-in options are still unavailable at this time, due to COVID-19.
I bought so many things for a brunch: they said they don’t have a bag. I could not carry the order ! How come there is no paper bag ????This is not professional!!!!
I had very bad experience here they talk Rudely with customer ?????? and I asked for chai tea double double and they give me double double with espresso.I visit here two times and always get upset.
