Ordered chicken padsew, only got the padsew with no chicken. They are charging 13$ for noodles that probably costs 2$, least they can do is put chicken in it…..Very disappointing

I went in super happy today. Got one fresh spring roll AND tipped. Paid $7.27. I had to come back because the rice paper was soggy and the wrap fell apart before I could eat it. I brought the wrap back completely uneaten, thinking maybe it was just one that was soaked too long so I could just trade it for another. I was super nice about it and even said sorry!!! The girl at the cash literally started yelling at me in front of everyone saying they’re all the same and they’re made fresh every morning. She could have just offered me a soup of something. I was so shocked at her attitude and yelling. I felt attacked when I was just being kind and didn’t even raise my voice once, having worked in the food industry myself. At this point, I requested a refund because I was genuinely mortified she’d treat a customer like that. This set her off more and she started yelling again saying she can’t refund me because she doesn’t know how and the manager isn’t in. So I stood there kind of shocked, but the super sweet chef offered to make me something else. She then started yelling PICK ANYTHING ELSE ITS EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE ANYTHING.. so I offered to pay the difference and she just kept yelling at me to pick something. Truly at a loss for words. The kind chef made me rice and I thanked him several times. He was super nice and his rice was really great- so no complaints on the actual food at all. On my way out, I even looked over at her and nicely thanked her and she just stared back and said nothing. I might understand if I was rude about it, but she really made me eat shi**t in front of everybody by yelling at me like that. How embarrassing and mean. I can’t believe she’s in customer service, I think she’d do much better in telemarketing or something. Please do better than this.It really ruined my day.

I ordered from here through Doordash. I ordered the habibi bowl & the sandwich baja chicken avocado. When we received it, the habibi bowl didnt have any chicken and sauce. The sandwich barely had any avocado or tomatoes and the slice of the swiss cheese was smaller then half the sandwich size. This is ridiculous. Is it that hard to prepare such easy meals without making such mistakes? You wont see me buy from Cultures again... disappointing.

Lovee Pad thai with extra peanut butter sauce ?
I am a fan of Thai express, but I was disappointed with my order yesterday. I chose a beef pad see ew instead of my regular pad Thai because I really wanted the broccoli. I had about 6 ultra thin pieces of broccoli in my order. And by thin, I mean like you would get using a potato peeler to cut thin strips. It surely looked nothing like the picture. I'll go back to my pad Thai next time. I also decided to try the sausage wrap. Unfortunately, the sausage was tasteless. I won't be ordering that again.
28$ = cold impérial rolls, no taste even with salt red chicken curry and greasy again zero flavor pas thai poulet. Only good if you have have covid and your sense of smell if gone. Wanted this to be good my teen choose this venue for his birth day supper before the movie... please put some love in your cooking.
