Ordered a green curry with extra add ons like bamboo, mushrooms and extra tofu, only to be charged extra and not receiving the extra add ons. Might I add that I only did this to fulfill the promotion of getting a free imperial roll( minimum 20$ value) only to NOT receive it. This happened twice to me so far from this Thai Express. Not an issue with Thai Express quality but more the service. This is the second time this happens to me ordering through UberEats. This is my last time and I urge you to order from another restaurant or different Thai Express.
Absolutely terrible place. Generally I like Thai express but will never eat at this location again. I visited this location around 1230 am today to place an order to go but was never able to do so. They said I was not allowed dogs and that I could not place my order to go. I think the employees on staff were animal haters because I've never been refused service anywhere with this little guy (pic attached).What I found hfunny was that I was not allowed to have my order placed to go!?! Like what they don't money. Anyhow I will never support this restaurant while that late night staff is still employed and I urge anyone who loves their pets to do the same. Absolutely disgusting people working . I hope somehow this post keeps any business out of their doors from pet owners... I intend to follow up with the owner inform them of this terrible management of their restaurant in the evening's. If I am not satisfied I will be copying and pasting this review on Uber eats, door dashboard skip the dish and any platform I can find.... It's funny my dog has better manners than this overnight management team.
I change my review i ordered via dd today all was perfectly packaged and absolutely fresh and delicious. I guess when you order during lunch is way fresher
Fast service nice and quite ambience BUT food is too too oily. Taste is ok.
The worse place ever.First: Called almost 10 time to get a answer.Second: We made a order through ubereats for our work and there was missing soup and one of the plate was totally wrongNot only the person on the phone was SUPER RUDE. Goes on to tell me that i am lying that we were missing food.Also told me that he doesnt have time for this and hung up the phone.This is a disgrace of customer service.
I ordered Pad Thaï and the pad Thaï noodles where really soggy and the workers put a lot of pad Thai sauce in it and it was really really salty and very sweet. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not go back there ever again.
Tasty food. Very good value for money. Fast service and friendly staff.I used it for takeaway. Very good options for the lunch combos.
They are the best thai express . Even if i add ten items in uber notes they carefully act on them . Never have any problem with them ..Always makes it very good and delicious
The best Thai Express in all Montreal! Believe me! They are far from me, but I don't care... if I want to eat Thai Express, definitely this is my favorite place.The taste is different, is best! Try it and I know you will agree.
