We came last night at 7 pm on may 1sr. French guy super rude to my friends of color made them wait forever while I got my stuff immediately while being yelled . He told us to ask chef how long it will take and laughed at my friend.
Over cooked noodles. Extra charge for a bowl. Chicken tasted old. Disappointed.
I've been eating here for quite some time now, trying to find that dish that would satisfy my taste, and I found one. Sadly all of the others seem to be conceived without culinary vision; they seem to work when on paper, but once materialised into a dish a whole array of them seems dry and inconsistent, others wet but tasteless with ingredients fighting with each other. With my spouse I've double checked the taste of the soup, who described it as waste dishwater tasting, without any idea what was it's intention, whereas I detected a taste of Nestea mixed with a severly diluted st. Hubert sauce and was lacking will power to continue eating it. It saddens me to say, because the staff has always been friendly and impeccable, perhaps there is a way to get the food on the same level. So for now I give it 2 regular stars, hopefully in the future at least as many Michelin ones.
Passed by mid-evening to find a single employee working both the cash and food station alone. I can hardly blame him for looking so dejected but he was stumbling around dropping and spilling things - no ability to multitask, so the pace of service was dismal.Typically, at other Thai Express locations, I've hardly finished placing my order before the food is ready. I confidently stopped here in a rush to pick up something to eat but from the time I placed my order it was a full 45 minutes before I was able to leave with my food. A total of four orders were ahead of mine, which is hardly an excuse. Won't be back.

Thanks for giving my order to the wrong deliver guy and then having the right one cancel my order bc you couldn't be bothered doing the order again.
I live around the corner and have come here a few times. Went there tonight and experienced pretty bad customer service. The man preparing the food was taking his time and talking with another employee and my meal probably took twice as long as it needed to be prepared. Not only that but when I got home to enjoy my meal my pad Thai tasted a little off. Mostly it was the chicken that tasted a little off. Now I find my self sick to my stomach and have what seems to be food poisoning. I’m not one to write these kinds of reviews but this is unacceptable.
Got a pad see ew with beef, broccoli, Chinese broccoli and mushrooms, which was so delicious. I finished the whole bowl (it is a lot). However, I didn't get the Chinese broccoli, and the mushrooms didn't taste fresh. I ordered medium spicy and it was not spicy at all. If you like spicy, go for a higher level.
