Our waitress was sooo nice, the dj was great (it was a Saturday night) and the interior design really sets the ambiance for a great evening. The food was good.My only ick was with the AC that was right above us, we asked multiple times if it can be turned off (it was only 6 degrees Celsius outside). They stopped it for a few minutes and started it again. We had no choice to endure it because the restaurant was full.
Decided to go to table 51 with my girlfriend after reading reviewsWe sat down and we’re well received by the waitress .My girlfriend advised that she was Celiac and pointed to vegan dishes to know which one were gluten free .She saw an eggplant vegan dish and decided to order that oneWaitress said should replace rice with house saladWe received our dishes mine was fineHer had bacon but she did not realize until halfway through her salad not having bacon beforeWaitress said a piece of bacon must of fallen in then said house salad contained baconWent to see manager and said can offer free gluten desertWe asked to speak to manager , trifon .He was condescending toward my girlfriendSaying not all house salad have the same recipe and it’s not the same ordering vegan dishes and saying your vegetarian.Didn’t want to cause an argument so we left payed our full meal . She’s sick in the bathroomLast time I will go there because of the attitude and lack of respect
Food is good. We arrived at the restaurant and it was practically empty. We asked for a booth and the hostess told us there were none available. We told her the place is empty. She told us rudely that if we want a booth, we must leave by 7. We left right before 7 and the restaurant was still very quiet. This is not a way to treat customers. Unfortunately we have no intention of returning.
We had reservations for 8pm and was seated right away which was awesome! The waitress came and took our drink orders, I had a French 75 but they gave no lemon twist :-( and then later on I had a mojito which was lacking alcohol and way too much mint. The waitress gave us enough time to make our choices before she came back with our drinks and took our orders. The food was on POINT! My siblings had the Braised Short Rid which was fork tender and so flavorful , they switched out their sides for the mac and cheese and that was a great choice cause it was so delicious. I had the pork chop and switched the rice for the mashed potatoes which was plentiful and very tasty, there could have been a bit of veggies though but all in all a great meal. The only bummer is the constant asking if we are done.....the bust girl came, then our waitress and then a bust boy and by that time I and my other 4 siblings were like is their a line up or a clock that we can only stay for up to 2 hours? Like bruh, we didn't even get dessert yet what is your rush. We ordered dessert, the maple cheesecake was just stunning and that cookie on top was just the sweet top off needed. The fried Oreos was glorious and just hit that ight sweet spot. We sat close to the door which I will need to remember NEVER do again since every time it open it brought in STINKY cigarettes smell which was very off putting. The saving grace for our evening out was the food which was very very good.
Went once, wasn't impressed. Never again. Sorry, you want honesty, I refuse to rate anything high when it's not true.Returned to Baton Rouge, least the dish comes to the table as ordered.
I had an amazing experience last night thanks to our lovely, professional waitress Erika. The food was delicious, and the wine and dessert suggestions were incredible. We will definitely be back!
The Tuna tataki salad was absolutely delicious! The service was exceptional and the ambiance was amazing :) Will definitely be back!
An elegant beautiful restaurant that replaced an Italian one. A great mixed menu for all tastes. Very polite and efficient staff. This was so good that we’ve been there several times including 40 members of my bike club.
Table51 is definitely a must try in the Montreal scene! The restaurant is beautiful, terrasse and inside, and the menu has something for everyone. Our waitress offered us a great service and was very helpful! We ordered the Steak salad with medium-rare steak, which was cooked perfectly. The Pad thai had a creamy peanut butter sauce and was full of flavours. The hambourgeois steak was very juicy and the club51 was very well seasoned. For dessert, you MUST have the fried oreos. They were ex-qui-site. We could’ve ordered 10 more!!Price: around 30$/person
Excellent food. Great service. Thank you!
