The one on Beaubien is much better. I sometimes call them and beg them to deliver to me over these guys. Try walking into this Sushi Sama on a hot day in the summer (no AC, hot AF), then imagine closing your eyes and taking a bite of sushi.Something doesn’t sit right.
We order here maybe once a week, very consistent flavor but unfortunatelly also very consistent shrimp shells in the ebi tempura... It's not very pleasant to bite into shell when mouth is filled with rice cucumber and avocado.Most certainly recommend but watch out if you order something with fried shrimp. They also tend to not be deveined...

Much cheaper when you order directly from their website (compared to delivery apps), fast delivery, tasty and well packaged, you can pay online with a credit card to minimize contacts. And I got a gift item! It was similar to what I ordered and I loved it.
Amazing quality! We got a sushi platter and poke bowl and they were both incredible! And the owner was kind and caring. Great experience!
Over all dine-in experience is not bad.Sushi is slightly overpriced in my opinion for what you get but it tastes good, fresh and quickly prepared. The only weird thing is the order you receive your order. Usually you get tea, miso and appetizer, then sushi. In my case I got sushi and then miso then appetizer. I don't know if tea was extra but I didn't get any, along with no water for dine in. Salad was okay, miso was alright. I may have high standards due to being from BC though.Staff are really nice and generally approachable.Cleanliness of the restaurant itself I would give a 7/10. The tables are nice and clean but the floor is pretty gross. Additionally, table I was at I didn't have any napkins.Overall okay experience. I don't think it was bad or particularly good, just average and slightly overpriced.
Always amazing like every other Sama I have tried around the city. Fast, fresh, wicked value for your money and friendly staff.
In all honestly, this is the best poke bowl I've ever had. The portion size is great with generous amounts of protein and a great combinations of salad with various fruits and vegetables. Yes they mixed up our order slightly but not that it makes much of a difference it's all so good. Will be coming back.
If I could rate it 0 star I would. We got the wrong order delivered and paid, then has to argue to receive the right one. It’s been 3 hours, and the second delivery is still wrong, and I received less sushis than what I paid for. Unacceptable.
This is more of an indictment of this location than anything. The one in st henri was my first experience and it absolutely blew my mind.I was at work and decided to order from this location. NEVER AGAIN!!!Presentation was absolutely horrible. Taste was completely sub par. If i wasn't working i would have gone to get my money back as soon as i saw the food. It was absolutely the worst sushi that i ever had.To cap it off, they wither gave me someone else's order or messed up my order. What a waste.
