I love their poke bowl but it takes them forrrrrrever to prepare, each time I order from this place it take one or two hours. Won’t order again!
Our usual sushi restaurant closed, sadly because of covid. Was suggested my neighbours to give this a try. I did order on a Sunday so I am hoping that is the reason but Sama Sushi will not be my go to for sushi. The quality felt like stale left overs from the previous night. Taste and flavour was ok but when you choose to eat sushi you certainly want to know the freshness factor is very high. The edamames were awful and looked mouldy… We decided to not even tough those. Really want to support restaurants especially with covid effecting them so much but a lack of quality is hard to support.
Quality of the sushis have dramatically decreased lately.In my sushi dessert I got basically only rice.
The 54 pieces was 59$, now 75$. It was good for the price, not any more.
The food is quite good but every time I order with uber eats my order takes FOREVER to be prepared. I have been waiting over an hour for my food and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Not sure I will be ordering from them again.
I'm happy I didn't look at the reviews before going. Completely fresh, good quality ingredients. I really enjoyed my lunch.
The only advantage is that they deliver at lunch time.Otherwise very unimpressed with the quality of sushi. And what’s with putting sweet potato fries in almost every sushi ?
I wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered for delivery through their website on a Wednesday and it took almost 3 HOURS. I called after 1.5 hours and they couldn't tell me anything except that they were waiting for the driver. When I tried calling back again when it had been well over 2 hours, I realized the restaurant had closed. I was literally walking out the door to go find something else to eat when the driver showed up. I understand being short staffed, but don't offer delivery services if it's going to take this long without any kind of warning or update. Absolutely ridiculous, for average sushi. It's clear from the reviews that this is a common occurrence. Will never, EVER order from this location again.
Im not gonna lie, I thought it was a bit pricey when I first went. However I have been back twice within a month, so I guess you can say, it is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!I hope quality, portions and price remain (as many new restaurants after a year or two trend downwards), however right now, its hard to beat this restaurant for freshness and deliciousness. I cant wait to go back.
Unbelievable. Ordered food at 20:07 on their website. Credit card was promptly charged. No food for over an hour. Made call at 21:13, was told the order would be delivered in 25 minutes. It’s two hours since the order and 50 minutes since the call - no food. Not a good place to be after 12 hours in the office and starving.I get that restaurants are struggling, COVID hit us all hard, but please don’t promise what you can’t deliver.Now, have to call them tomorrow to have my money back. Sigh…EDIT: order was delivered 2 hours later. Should I know it’d take two hours, I wouldn’t bother ordering
