Had a reservation for 5 people for 8pm. They sat us in a corner on a table for 12. Service was slow and things missing from our orders. The robot server only stopped at the end of the table and we had to go get out food ourselves every time stupid robot came along. Even after we asked to have the extra tables removed so the robot could come closer, it wouldn’t. At 9:15, they started rushing us, saying that the kitchen was closing soon, they close at 10. At 9:59 we were told to leave basically. Never had such a bad service, felt so unwelcome and rushed to leave. The food was good however, but the service made the whole experience very frustrating!!

? very good sushi and nice staff

Went on Valentine's day 2022 at 6pm and it took 50 minutes before we started receiving our food. There were a bunch of things missing as it started to arrive and people were leaving frustrated... We barely got anything to eat in the 2h we were there. Spend 84$ for 2. Really a bad experience. After 50 minutes, we even asked the waitress why it had been that long and she said it's always like that. I doubt it's always THAT bad, but still. 1h50 for almost nothing and absurd price, not worth it. One good side, the food we did get was fresh and tasted amazing.I rarely write reviews but this experience was straight up awful. My boyfriend and I seriously considered getting up and leaving, but we didn't... Almost wish we could get our money back or some sort of refund.Hope this can help for those who consider this place. Maybe it's because it was Valentine's day, trying to see the good side here, but it was really bad. Good food though.

The service is quite friendly and the food is good! It’s best to est in the restaurant, the quality of their food when delivered drops significantly unfortunately.

Worst experience ever! We got there and there was no one to greet us. We had a reservation and waited in line for 30 minutes before I went inside the restaurant to the counter in the back to tell them we have a reservation so they can give us our seats. Then we made our order and half of it came within 30 and that’s pretty long already but then the other half never came. We waited over an hour before asking a waiter for it and they told us it’s processing then an other 30 minutes pasted and we ask again and still processing (the waiter never checked) then we asked someone else and they told us they lost our order. We waited easily 2 hours for our food. After that we placed a 2nd order and they managed to loose our order again. We weren’t the only ones that happened too. The table behind us had the same problem and they came in at the same time as us. The worst part was that they didn’t even say that they are sorry for all this. Don’t go done in there since reopening the service is terrible(long time client of over 5 years)!!!!!

Terrible restaurant, cold food, sashimi is not fresh, we were waiting for more 1h for the second order, no food coming. We should leave the restaurant with the empty stomach. This restaurant ruined our Valentine’s day.

Food is delicious. The staff is amazing and very polite. Price for all you can eat menu is great for a good sushi restaurant.

Used to be our fav sushi place and we went almost every weekend. Recently they removed dynamite roll (the tastiest) from the lunch menu and now I find that the lunch maki variety is not that great.

The most awful experience. Lack of stuff who could hardly speak any language ends up in ruining our birthday party, when we were waiting for order for 1.5 hours and had to reorder it 3 times because it has been given to SMB else. I literally asked 4 times for merely water to put on the table. And all said we reserved the table beforehand. Absolutely inappropriate, not recommended by all means.

It’s a very decent place and the sushi quality is good for an all-you-can-eat. Quite like other AYCE restaurants, apart from sushi they offer lots of other appetizers, main dishes, soups, noodles, etc. The orders are done on a tablet, which is more convenient than paper. Another advantage is that you can bring your own wine (BYOW). The price per head is in the same range as other AYCE sushi spots with a lower price for the lunch menu, but with limited items compared to the evening menu.
