First time customer, I walked in and ordered a 36 pieces plateau, and it was ready after only 12 minutes. With that speed, I expected the sushi to be premade and reheated, or dry/jammed in a bunch. But it was moist, just melting in my mouth, and delicious. Plus, when I unpacked my bag, I saw I had a few sides as a bonus. This is now my favourite place for sushi in town.
Amazing value, quality and wonderful people. Was no problem making a minor tweak to my order and got some spring rolls on the house! The ridiculous last review talking about "fridge cold unagi" tells you alot about its integrity. It actually helped convince me to order because if you gotta reach that far for a negative review the place must be good. A +
I’m visiting the neighborhood and was curious to see what the local restos have to offer. I ordered ~$50 worth of sushi this evening and it took over an hour to be ready. I was prepared to be patient because the gentleman who took my order seemed to be alone; this was confirmed when I asked while picking up my order.At first glance, it was ecstatically pleasing. However, the unagi was fridge cold, the sushi rice was over cooked and/or overly doused with vinegar and any roll that included tempura was full of a soggy version of the ingredient. Overall it was a sad waste of its ingredients and I will not give this establishment a second chance.

Amazing “mom & pop” type place in the NDG neighbourhood. I randomly called on Jan. 2 and asked for a vegetarian platter of around 30-40 pieces, which was delivered to me within 1/1.5h.Shortly after paying, I got a call back from the restaurant saying they miscalculated something. The owner came back to bring me extra food! Authentic as hell!Great service, good prices & deliciously fresh sushis! Will order again FOR SURE.I wish they had IG or Facebook for me to spread the word, they deserve it!
Food was very good, very fresh, but the interior vibe is not nice. It doesn't look a food store!
